PicPay's home is where millions of people meet the product, and it has to work for someone opening an account for the first time and for someone arriving with a specific financial problem. The work in this case is the lending and investments side of that surface: credit options grouped so a person can recognise their own situation, and an investing area written in plain language.
I redesigned the homepage and the account creation flows. The credit and investment modules became the backbone of the page, with a clear hierarchy between personal loans, payroll loans, FGTS anticipation and vehicle-backed credit.
What I did
- Redesigned the homepage and the account creation flow, A/B testing a single input against a stepped form.
- Designed the edge cases the happy path hides: skeleton loaders for slow APIs and empty states for new accounts.
- Compressed discovery from days to hours by using AI tools for research synthesis and journey mapping.
- Delivered interactive prototypes in Figma with automated handoff documentation.
Outcome
Account creation and homepage flows shipped after A/B validation.
